Well if u look by ur system tray and see a mock Windows shield and if u right-click on it and it offers to scan for viruses ur infected with that. Otherwise, the only other way to tell is if u reboot ur machine and upon loading of Windows at ur desktop that it automatically starts to run, then thats another way to identify it.
