Anyone around chamblee area that have an Windows XP CD??
I need someone to lend me their WIndows XP CD. My current window is broken, full of viruses, someone hacked my computer, plays random music, turns my volume up and down, and now they muted my computer. They put restrictions for me to unmute, they turn off my computer at random times...etc....
So, if anyone lives close to Chamblee Tucker, can you please come to my house so we can install new XP windows on my computer.

dont you have system restore?
most newer machines come with that already built into the hard drive.
i actually just restored mine yesterday too my sister did me a huge favor of downloading a virus too.
System restore only takes you few months back. I wana restore my whole windows, erase all the files, start all over like a brand new computer.

yeah, thats what im talking about.
mine pops up when i boot, it says if you want to restore windows press f11 or something like that. right before the windows logo pops up
it will erase windows and reinstall...
ill give it a try.
I just tried doing system restore from start-system tools-system restore. When i do, it gives me mdm32 error not responding. And i get this for most of the stuff i try to open.
i am on chamblee tucker rd right now, if you want i can meet up with you for lunch and you can have my win cd.

anyways, when i boot up my computer i have option to press F11 and enter system restore, but no matter how many times i press F11 it wont do anything.
Where do you wanna meet up? I don't eat out anywhere on chamblee tucker, no restaurant good enough for me.

I am loving windows 7 best damn GUI M$ have as ever put out. No more annoying tabs on the taskbar, and just a very elegant and pretty glass interface. Also feels alot snappier then Vista and XP, plus the x64 extenstion along with 6gigs of ram allow me to throw anything at it and not feel any slow down.
and yeah I am using the Beta 7000 build.
