I had a buddy try to get me to check these out since he likes his. Sorry, but I seriously think that these things are hideous. Almost on the "Plastic Nike" shoe level.

Haha funny you say that. I have a pair of Rockport boat shoes (same style as sperrys), and I refer to them as my middle-aged white man shoes.

I LOVE my Sperry's! =) I have 2 pair...the regular tan colored sued ones and then a gray and black quilted wool pair. I cant even find the wool ones for sale anymore.They are seasonal. =-/ Soooo comfy though! =)
