I beat GOW1 all 3 levels, i'm on INSANE on GOW 2.

GOW 2 is SOOO much better and SOOOO much longer than GOW 1. Just the ending sucks ass.

GOW2 Beat it in normal then INSANE!!!! ending does suck!!

The game overall is actually very easy. There are a few parts that are difficult. The reavers are the worst part. But what I do is find a narrow corridor/doorway and hide back there so they can't come after me.

Thats prob the worst part about the game, you have 4-5 members and the reavers ALWAYS go after you only.
