So at work today there was this kinda heavy box that i decided i wanted to see how heavy it actually was. I try and pick the box up and figure out how heavy it really is. Now its about 4 hours later and i'm in my room and my back is hurting. Its not horribly bad or anything but it hurts. Anyone have any advice on how to get my back better by tomorrow?
