    If they do get the police involved, they can get your blocked number. The cell phone company cannot give out the number without an official subpoena from the police. This is because the restricted number is private information and telecom laws prevent giving out information to anyone but the account holder of the phone number. However if the police start to investigate it, then they can easily pull every number that called.
