    Default My wife's birthday present arrived today v. elephants are not happy ((pics))

    She was almost in tears... Ivory keys ftw! Of course, they don't make 'em like this anymore. Elephants don't like giving up the tusks. This thing weighs 800lbs+. Now I need to decorate...great.

    It was built in the very early 1900s; 100yrs old. It was built by Kroeger Co and that company was later bought by Kohler & Campbell.

    The pictures up top are temporary (just to give some depth to the pictures). I'm thinking about putting to nice bookcases on each side of the piano, a nice lamp or two on top...maybe a Tiffany floor lamp on the side and a good sitting chair. It will be the parlor room.

    I think that the cats want to learn how to play...
