Goin to Cali in May..Any ideas

So Im goin back to Cali for the 3rd time in May. Ive stayed in Santa Monica and Beaverly Hills. Any other ideas of where to stay?! Hubby is from New York so he thinks Cali wopnt be all that. i need to shut him up.

Motel 6 on Century Blvd is great when your not planning on staying more than 1 night like I did!! Haha, everything else was booked, La Quinta wanted 120 + 12 for parking :jerkit: , I said fuck you, went down a traffic light and stayed there for $75

Idk, where to stay at though, last time I went, we got a beach house, and next time I go, i'll be staying at my girl's family house.

And yes I was there when you were blowing my shit up hahah

fudge NY. THERE'S WAY better things to do then in that crummy hole.

Let me tell where you to go. If you're going to Los Angeles go look up Kings Taco. Bomb ass delicious taco. Go to Santa Monica Pier, Old Town Pasadena, and the Grove. If you want some damn good burgers, In N Out While your at, it go to Malibu and play there. If you want to maybe if you go there might be some snow, go to Mt. High or Big Bears. Fudge NY ain't got nothing on Cali.

Meh... cali was okay but it's not the best place in the world. People there are so full of themselves. Well, people from LA. I enjoyed the car meets but the pollution sucks, Sunset Blvd looks like a dirty strip mall, the land is brown and dry. Malibu was pretty nice though.

I enjoyed Sand Diego the most. It's a lot more down to earth and the people are very relaxed. The beaches were beautiful.

But, it depends on what you like to do. If you like being outdoors, go to northern California and see the redwoods. San Fran is beautiful but it won't be really warm in May. You probably won't get to work on a tan there.

Sorry but NY is better than Cali, aside from beaches, NY has everything.......it does get old, but only because it gets cold as shit in the winter.....

The Mariott Del Fina in Santa Monica is nice. Also, the Renaissance in LA is very nice. Make sure you stop by King Taco, Versailles [Cuban], and there's a good sushi place right in the little shopping area next to the Renaissance.

Damn why didn't I hit you up before I left. I knew you would know of the good places to eat over there! I was driving around like mad looking for a good hole in the wall place. I did get a Double Double from In-N-Out Animal style while I was there hehe

I never got a chance to hit up In and Out. Oh yeah, there's a really good caribbean place down the street from the Del Fina. --platanos and that one dish that starts with a v.

if you want some alone time but relatively near a big city try stinson beach.... good twistie roads to get there and only about an hour from san fran...
