I don't think there is one for that. Mandatory punishments are usually mandated by the state and the courts can't waive them even if they want to. It's stuff like the mandatory loss of license for a no insurance ticket and the mandatory loss of license for racing on the second offense. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If every driver with a 29 over ticket lost their license there would be much fewer drivers on the road.
I don't know much about barrow county but in marietta city and cobb county you can go sit in on the court some day before your actual court date and listen while they read off mandatory punishments. They give out a sheet that explains it in marietta too.

i got pulled over when i was 17 doing 28 over in a school zone and they told me that i needed to take the defensive driving class and after i did all that shit then it worked out. you can take that class to reduce the points you have now and it should actually remove all the points you have. they told me i would lose my license till i was 21 but cuz of that class i didn't. i kept my license and paid the outrageous fine and i had community service.
does that help?
but for sure take the defensive driving class.
it's $75 and it's worth it.
the only other thing i can tell you is to get a lawyer, which i'm pretty sure you wouldn't even need in this situation. i had one cuz it was a school zone
