Why can't people drive?

I have been having a horrible last two weeks and tonight I just about lost my car. I was heading back to my friends house after going to the Mall of Georgia and I was following my friend in a sti down river road. We were cruising around doing maybe 15 over when he takes off. I won't push it when I have other people in my car and he also makes 3x the power my car makes so I was like owell. So I continue at my current rate of speed when someone pulls out about 100 yards in front of me. So I'm like tits and I get on the brake. Then the suv stops in the middle of the road. So I'm still doing a good 60 -65 mph with about 150 feet left

. So I yell shit cause I can't go around him due to oncoming traffic and slam on the brakes. Well the ABS in my car is shitty so I threshold brake and am coming in fast. With about 60 feet left I'm still skidding towards him and there still stopped in the middle of the road. At this point I'm along for the ride and just praying I stop in time. So I finally come to a stop about 5 feet from his back bumper and lay on my horn, this is when I see a black guy getting into the SUV and he decideds to give me the finger. At this point I'm absolutely furious and I want to beat the shit out of this piece of shit. So I in typical road rage style lay on the horn and turn my highbeams on and follow him to his house. At this point I was probably going to beat him untill I can't lift my arms Vin Diesel style, and my passengers start freaking out yelling at me to turn around and thank god I did cause I later realized that they were either pussies packing a gun and I was going to get shot, or I might have killed that guy. I'm sure that most of y'all understand where I'm coming from when I say that my car is my pride and joy and I have put way too much time and money into it for some dumbass driver to destroy it. i have never crashed my car and don't plan on it. and I have never been this mad in my life and am at the breaking point where I am just looking for an excuse to beat the shit out of someone.
This is a thread about what happened to me last week that has already had me in a bad mood I'm so pissed

yea i had a nice lil scare yesterday when a sewage truck decided it like my lane as well as his own coming around a turn. its always nice when one tire goes off the pavement and jerks your rearend out from under you. unintentionally sliding sideways does not equal fun.

oh there was no braking involved, the shoulder was at a different height than the road + my swerving around the truck = the rearend sliding out. when i get in tight spots i tend to not hit the brakes.

My car actually has been hit 2 times....happened a couple years ago but within 6 months of each other.

If this really is you, look for oncoming cars before you stop in the middle of the fucking road. I was doing the speed limit by the time I noticed you stopped.

Shit! Great save. Not hitting the brakes is something that takes a good driver to realize. And in my car when a situation get messy sometimes flooring the gas is the only thing that will save you.

I drive a car with a bad IAC valve that has a habit to die at idle, yet I still haven't put myself in a situation where I put others at risk. (Finally got the part today before that becomes the focus of the conversation). Even if you could, you entered the main thoroughfaire (sp) unsafely and can not maintain a safe motor vehicle in the state's eyes. You are more at fault than he was. If you were picking up someone in the middle of the street, you are absolutely at fault.

DunDunSkeert - Don't speed.

ksniperfox - Fix whatever is wrong with your truck and until then be more careful and courteous since your vehicle is prone to stall. And if you were picking someone up in the middle of the street, grow a brain and don't do that.

Both of you - Don't expect other drivers to always follow the rules of the road. Even if they aren't intentionally doing so, people make mistakes. Let your driving accommodate for that. Its just common sense.

How about you learn how to drive you stupid piece of shit. It is true that I shouldn't have been speeding but you are a liar if you say that you have never sped. It would have never been a problem if it wasn't for fucking retards like you. If you accidentally pull out in front of someone you hit the gas, not stop in the middle of the road. As for the fake address... that just shows what a fucktard you are. Regardless you shouldn't have pulled out infront of me. If you said sorry I would get over it and move on, people make mistakes and I understand that.

2- maybe i do, maybe i dont. you will never know. however if i DO speed, i know the risks associated. and if something goes astray, you wont see me bitching in an online forum. ill pay my dues and learn my lesson. i suggest you do the same.
