i always thought that atv (4 wheeler) was without a doubt unable to be made street legal. maybe he found a loophole? or has a buddy at dmv?

might have it registered as a home built. hell its not really that hard to get a vehicle street legal from my understand.
Im going to call him tomorrow and see if he is willing to help me.

If you live in the Country states, Indian,MS,South Dakota,North Dakota etc, they are able to be tagged an street legal and they will give you a title, an tag...Which you can buy and bring to GA and might even get the title transfer but they will not allow it to be on the street!
Setting it up as far as lights, mirrors, tires etc is the least of the problems...
