Im riding down 29, following with traffic. Once i get to a red light, i see a cop behind me in the other lane. As soon as the green comes on, he hits his lights and pulls me over. He shows me that i was going 65 in a 40 zone, and he also tells me that i dont have my seat belt. So i give him my DL, and he comes back with a speeding ticket, but MY GOD THANK YOU, he didnt give me a ticket for the seat belt.
This is my 2nd speeding ticket in 2 years, one was 31 over.

Don't speed.....That would've solved your problem. Especially in a 45. If you don't want a ticket go 54. You'll still move faster then traffic and need not to worry about 5-0

Well considering the fact that you could have easily gotten reckless driving for either of your tickets, I would say you aren't the best driver.

I got caught doing 92 in a 55 on the highway not too long ago. But oh well you win some you loose some.
I do 49 or less in 40's, unless I'm doing 50+ but then I know it's likely I will get a ticket and I'm willing to take the consequences... which isn't often.

If he was going with the flow of traffic I don't think he deserves the ticket at all. But if he is speeding, switching lanes like a maniac then yes he deserves a ticket.

at the end of the day, the cop has to pull SOMEBODY over for speeding out of that big group. dont speed and he wont have a chance to ticket you. easy math.
