What don't you understand about open heart surgery

some little prick tried to jump me yesterday with his roid raging friend and today have been trying to talk me into fighting him....WTF?

I guess the only fight he can win is with someone who is handicapped.

Can they even think logically?

Anyone have anything to say to someone who would jump another person who has had 100,000 dollars worth of surgery done to them in the last year and a half?
