being fat is determined by your Body Fat Percentage not just your weight say 200 pounds and 5'9".. hell im trying to get up to 180 but i don't think it will happen cause the more i eat the more weight i start dropping

and my father showed me pictures of when he was in hte military, and he had to do extra excersizing each day cause they considered him overweight...but hte picture was to me, a regular person. not even a gut.
