    Default Another Katrina Thread but a Good One!

    Matthew McConehey (sp?) Chris Rock, Master P (Persey Miller), Julie Roberts Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Phil other volunteers all appeared on Dr. Phil/Opera.

    Taking time out of theiir busy lives to establish relief efforts such as housing, jobs and family locationg. Showing compassion towards those who have lost family friends and loved ones.

    It's real easy to show all of the negativity on the news of ignorant people because that's what the news covers primarily. I bet only a handful of people caught the Oprah.Dr. Phil Specials.

    I think it's great that they shinned the light on the people that are being helped and I'm glad they are showing how lives are being touched. I'm glad that they're showing how appreciative victims were and also how compassionate people can be about providing aid.

    Yeah i saw a lil' bit of it!

    Maybe i shoulda named the thread something Negative like Looting, Rape etc., woulda had more general interest maybe?
