    Default i took 4 laxative pills this last night

    the herbal (aloe vera pills) and i feel it working now..i just hope it dont mess up my 'motions' tonight:idb:

    Try some Magnesium Citrate... you find it at the drug store. Its in a little 10oz bottle. It actually tastes pretty good (like a soda, its even carbonated) and will clear you out within a couple of hours.

    yea epsom salt you mix with water. It keeps the water from being absorbed by your intestines, so its sort of like and internal flush, as the water goes in one end and out the other.
