So I requested off for nopi at work about ooo 2 months ago and they declined my request off so Im still goin anyway(hence the reason about to have an argument with my manager)
What would all of your work places do if you requested off for something early in advance?
And do you think its wrong that i didnt get the time off?

id fight it...you gave them plenty of notice for it and if no one requested off other than you then there is no reason you shouldnt get off for it...

Depends on if when you were hired if they said you'd have to work weekends. You could ask again, or you could always find another job. You did the right thing though by asking off early instead of asking next week.
***UPDATE *** Well I talked to the manager and found out no one else has those days off so I told her theres no reason why I cant go and that I wont be there on saturday and sunday. Because we have been workin for 2 weeks with just 3 people and I'm sure they can handle 2 days with only 4 people. The manager just said well...and then got quiet and worked on her computer. So Im all set for NOPI lol

talked to her again and she said if im to get those 3 days off, I need to work all week with no days off so its gonna be suckin for me. I'll be workin 12 days straight!!!
