The idea is simple enough. You take a picture of yourself clean, or mostly clean shaven, and then for the entire month of November, you celebrate your beard growing abilities, and post a picture at the end of the month.

Anyone down?

You don't necessarily have to start totally clean shaven. The point is to just let it grow, but some people do like to make it a beard growing contest. I'm going to shave everything but my goatee to get that 300 effect.

And yea, you start on the first with a pic, and then end on the 31st with another.

I usually have a beard anyways but due to searching for a job I've been clean shaven the better part of the last couple of months. My last interview in sight for a while is the end of this week, I was planning on growing it back out anyways, so I'm down. I will be shaving the neard though (I can't let it go completely ungroomed...it gets wild

).

This is the thickest it's been lately (7 or 8 weeks of no trimming over the summer)

im glad im not the only one. i cant grow a bard for shit. i can rock side burns and a slight stache, but nothing grows on my chin. lol. i feel like 13 yr old...

It took me a while (relatively) before everything connected on mine. I say relatively because I'm only 22 and I grew it out for the first time when I was 17.

Everything connects now, but I still have little gap/notches between the top of the chops and the mustache.

i just hate how pube-y my beard is. plus, i can BARELY grow a mustache, and when i do, its blonde. and it doesnt connect to my beard at all. oh, and cant do it... work

i'm doing it... except i'm starting now...

i shaved my beard off into some white trash facial hair for a halloween party.. and i've got sensitive skin.. my neck breaks out like crazy when i shave.. so i'm still dealing with the aftermath of that... i will use trimmers if need be by the 31 to even up the odds... but um.. ya'll should check out my "lawl" beard.... i don't remember how long it took to get to that... but then i tried rocking some semi joe dirt facial hair just to be hilarious....
