get a new one, or search "my ipod touch sucks" on google. there's tons of people that will tell you how stupid you are for buying the touch when the phone ist he same price and has phone capabilities, plus some other stuff. gl with that btw.

swap it. if it's broken and youcan't swap it, sell it on ebay. don't make them aware of the problem. say you won it, but you have the phone, so no need.

do you go to facebook using safari or the fb app? if your not using the app get it from the itunes app store, its free.
