Car is loaned out to someone - they are making payments - -
Long story short.
I have a car loaned out to a friend of mine that has been making payment on the car on time for the last 2 years. We agreed verbally that he would pay the car off and then it would be his within the first year.
He has not paid the car off yet, and I am tired of hearing him always say that he will have the money and never does...
What can I do? Let me know..

Nobody. You can walk up to the car and drive it off. It's YOUR car, right? So that's how you repo it. Just take it.

You say he's a friend! If he's a true friend, I'd just threaten him with either paying the money or the car gets repo'd.... But then again, if he was a true friend, he'd be done paying you off by now.

sounds like he is taking advantage of your friendship to me. someone who would do that isnt a true friend anyway. take the title to the dealer and they will cut you a key. then repo that shiz. hell gimme the key and a 50 spot and ill go repo it for you

My little brother loaned out the guitar in my sig to some of his 13 year old buddies for $10 a month, a few years ago. That lasted two months, and it took me nearly three to track it down, and get it back.
ask the local popo to escort you to the residence and get keys and car. tell them he was leasing to own and yadda yadda.....
or show up with a posse....just take the keys and drive off ..

What year lude? since some have the Honda immobilizer in them so even if you get a key made it will only open the locks unless programed and they need the other key or the car to program/clone a key
