    I know you are supposed to squeeze from the bottom, but I don't always do that which usually ends up in me getting fustrated at the toothpaste as I am trying to run out the door in a hurry and its all at the bottom.

    I squeeze from the bottom.. Mainly since I use the Crest Prohealth so it sits on its cap when not in use so it's already at the top when I squeeze from the bottom

    I squeeze from the bottom. It is a giant pet peeve of mine when somebody borrows my toothpaste and squeezes from the middle/top.

    WTF? I just grab the tube and squeeze. Top, bottom, it doesn't f*cking matter. When it gets about half empty I start to roll it up and go from there.

    I'm too lazy to read all the post but I squeeze from the bottom then when it gets about midway I start to roll it from the bottom. I use that expensive sh!t so I get every bit I can before I throw it away.
