I would like to reveal to everyone some of the type of buisness practices Visual Fx consist of. I have been doing buisness with them for over 3years cus I like their quality until just recently there has been a lot of information brought to me by one of their co-workers and other sources.
Visual Fx is not a 1st come 1st serve based buisness. (however they will give you the preception that is the case. From several sources the truth of the matter is they will push out the most profitable customers/jobs first and leave your request just sitting in the back until its convienent for them to complete it. They will lie to you and grant promises that they fail to keep. Inaddition it has been proven that they will say they will give you a discount/sponsor when in reality they are giving you the same prices that they charge their average customer. (Even if you are rolling with their decal.)
When they find out a customer is becomming irrate due to the length of time a job is taking to be completed they will deliver poor unproffesional replies. For example: Well if you dont like the service then take your buisness some where else, or well it will get done when I can get to it, or even ok It will be done by Friday and you drive there several days later and they have not even started on it.
This is only part of the reason why I will never let them get another cent from me nor my buisness. Since I know there are several others on Ia who may go there I wanted to give you guys heads up in advance on what goes on behind their doors.
