    I don't see anything wrong with it...I wouldn't want some asshat *super awesome lambodoored VR4 on slicks wtih 800hp and neons* like the one that parked next to george last night...

    Yes it should be allowed if the person is w/ in 10ft of the lot like about to pull in or moving car over to said spot
