I just did yet another trade yesterday... and i am now the owner of a 99 jeep grand cherokee laredo... it's awesome...

i traded my civic, and the buell for it...

So i'm all excited about it.. walk into work, tell my boss about it...

and he basically starts raggin on me for constantly getting new vehicles(well.. maybe not knew but diff! lol)...

he was like "how many have you owned now????"... "you know, i've only owned 7 vehicles my whole life and i still own 3 of those 7"

i wanted to just say, "well... i wish i was rich enough to be able to pay cash for a brand new vehicle like you...."

he has never purchased a car on credit... ever... he wrote a check for his cayenne....


anyways, then i got to thinking about it... i'm 22(going on 23)... i got my first car at 17... and to date, i've owned 10 cars and the buell....

that is a lot... but at the same time most of the time i'm trading up and trying to get better deals.. or something that will fit my lifestyle better.

no, i traded a junker honda..... and i bike that i have owned for 3-4 months and driven less than 100 miles...

the cars weren't practical for me... i have a dog that goes to work with me everyday...

Hey Hey! Chill out lil' buddy! No need to get your panties in a wad... Neither one of my cavy's EVER had any issues... They were awesome cars (slow as HELL)... I wouldn't have another one though just because I have had 2.

As long as you don't do anything to the jeep it will probably be fine, but I had a wrangler 4.0 and let me tell you.. when I lifted that bit*h, it was all over with.. I had more problems than I have fingers and toes!!

and yeah, this is not going to be a toy... there will be no mods made to this vehicle.. (cept maybe k&n filter! lol) the I-6 4.0 engines (from my understanding) are very reliable engines... and this one just had it's tune up/belts/water pump all that...
