more than likely they are gonna test some plants for % of THC and see what strain it is, and they will probably let it grow and actually protect the area more to catch who grew it while they are trying to harvest it.
It's already made national headlines, no one is coming to harvest it. They should leave it. It serves 2 purposes. It's cleaning the air via photosynthesis, and it keeps a lot of people everyday mellow enough so they don't kill others.
