I say its real. Most people that get shot fall immediatly from panicing although they may not be dead. Its not like in the movies where the stand around for a while and slowly drop dead. It'd be safe to say that he is dead though from the amt of rounds that hit him...

I don't consider myself retarded. My grades in school and coolege don't seem to say that, either. Neither does my near perfect(60 points off) SAT score I took only once(as a freshman in HS).

Fake- There was no blood splatter at all. Had he been shot by a 9mm and a 45 cal he would have had some sort of Blood splatter on that wall behind him. Which also proves that he did not get shot in the head. That would have most surly blown his head apart at that range.
