I don't want someone whose main argument against someone is simply their age, and thinks that just because someone is older automatically makes them better/smarter/wiser. Yeah, he *could* have served in the Gulf War if he had decided to live a military life. But not everyone in this country makes such choices. Unfortunatly, people who believe and spread such propaganda are very shallow and narrow minded in order to think that only people with military background make good leaders.

And i would much rather have a veteran (it does make better leaders, you clearly have no idea what the military is about). You don't get paid much at all for what you do and its a very courageous and respectable thing to do. Especially since he probably didn't need the money to do it. I'd rather have him then Obama in that picture.





And last time i checked and the way i was raised, your elders are wiser. You can learn some from respecting them and learning from their expereinces that you have not learned from yet.



He doesn't talk down to everyone, he just makes Obama look like an idiot, which he is. McCain is way more intact with the average American then Obama will ever be so I don't know how you are saying he is speaking down to them.
