DONT EVER GO TO TRIAD MOTORSPORTS
Do not ever go to triad motorsports if anyone is interested in buying a bike
reasons :
1) the first day i purchased my bike, they did not let me pull it out for multiple reasons that were not mentioned until 30 minutes before they clsoed
2) the first day (after 3 miles of riding) the foot brake aka rear brake, broke off after normal use
3) i called them immediately and told them what had happened and the owner specifically said " bring the bike in tomorrow and i will fix it for FREE "
4) i drop the bike off and tell them what has happened, i was told it would be fixed at no charge to me whatsoever... later that day i get a call telling me it is ready and that there is a $60 charge for the labor
5) i was told it would be FREE of charge!!! Now they are charging me after it was fixed and that i had to pay $60 in order to get it back
6) i had a friend wait to pick it up after i regret tingly paid the money... he was there for 2 hours and called the owner and he said someone would be right over...
7) after calling them myself after i got off work the owner told me that i couldnt pick up the bike after i was considerate to him he raised his voice at me 2 times... very unprofessional
8) they will manipulate you in every way they can and lie to u just so they can make a buck
9) they are very rude and do not care for their customers
