    ok i just emailed him....basically said i didnt approve of anyone using my car and either take it off or send me money for every sale that you've made using my car to promote

    make sure you get good quality print outs and have screen shots. More than likely he's gonna take the pic off and deny any wrong doing. And put in you have already talked to a attorney and if no reply withing certain days you'll go ahead with legal action (this will get him on his toes)..
