K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.
You can also put a H22 head in a SR20. It takes a little more work though. you have to buy the valve spring adjuster kit.

that'd be something i would do. i swear i will forever love the JDM OBDI h22a. i beat the living hell outta mine and right before i sold it, did a compression test and it was 0-2% on all cylinders, ha. once had that baby well past 8k rpm haha, just so easy to drive and great tq, everywhere (for a honda). could take a damn beating too, make 10+ passes on a mtn road and then beat an rsx-s on the way back home. not to shabby for something that costs half of what a gsr motor costs.
