30 minutes calling microsoft for my xbox to get routed back to america to speak to someone who spoke english. the first lady i got for customer support didnt even understand my email, becuase the "@" symbol confuzed her over the phone. so i hung up on her, the second time back i got to speak with someone named marvin with a indian accent. next time i call some place like this, i am just going to ask right away to speak to someone is america!![]()
