    Default Homemade Hood Scoops

    On my way to work this morning and I look in my rear view mirror and see a red neon with a pair of odd looking hood scoops. Upon closer inspection I can see that they are no more than just bent pieces of plastic glued to the hood and painted red. I so wanted to ask him if they were functional.

    Thats funny. My room mate put an ebay hood scoop on his vue but it came out ok I think

    The VUE actually doesn't look that bad.

    There was an orange Civic that I would pass on the way to work in the mornings that had a ghetto hood "scoop" on it. He recently swapped out the hood for a fiberglass replacement. It looks better, but it's still ricey.
