i didn't read the whole thing.... but this may help...
I only eat a Whopper JR or a Chargilled Chicken Sandwich from Chik Fil A...if it's necessary.
Whopper JR has only what 370 calories and like 6 grams of fat 570mg of sodium. Perfect
Chargilled Chicken Sandwich has like 270 I believe of calories but it's perfect. Healthy in a sense. If you are on to go alot see if you can stop by a near by market and grab nuts and yogurt. Even in those drinkable yogurt things too. More enegry and you get fiber and protein and other essential nutrients at once.
And dont EVER EVER EVER THINK FAST FOOD SALAD DRESSINGS ARE OKAY!!! THATS LIKE DUMPING BUTTER ALL OVER YOUR SALAD!!!!!
