Its not even the fact the he has dreads, its the fact that he want to speak in public without shaving, and has on a hoodie. If you saw him walking down the street would you say he smokes?

yea i guess i see what your saying, but he isnt a smoker maybe an occasional one, and he is an accomplished journalist and semi politician, and marijuana legalization/decriminalization is a hot topic to talk about.
