    Can anyone answer this question...

    This is a 5th grade math problem. If you can open the spreadsheet, you'll see it's a very small list, but growing, of people who have gotten the correct number. This is not a trick question. This is a real math problem so don't say that a bus has no legs. There are 7 girls in a bus. Each girl has 7 backpacks. In each backpack, there are 7 big cats. For every big cat there are 7 little cats.







    Question: How many legs are there in the bus?

    Human:

    Girls: 7 x 2 = 14

    Total: 14 human legs


    Animal:

    Big cats: 7 x 7 x7 = 343 big cats x 4 legs = 1372 legs
    lil cats: 343 x 7 = 2401 small cats x 4 legs = 9604 legs

    Total Animal legs = 10976

    simple math problem and people takes things too complicated.

    Total number is 10,990.

    I say 2....

    because 7 people on a BUS? it must be the short bus and none of them have legs... They get on with the hydraulic wheel chair lifter thing... I guess it takes 1 person to operate that so 4 legs?

    2 for the driver and 2 for the operator of the wheel chair lifter contraption...

    Oh yeah they leave their bookbags at home because they can't carry them bc post-colombine the wheel chairs can now longer have the carriages up front to hold the books.
