    Default retainers FTL

    Y'all know the clear retainers that are supposed to be worn at least once a week for the rest of your life after braces?


    I've forgotten to wear mine for a couple months...

    i hear that man, i got my braces off about 7 years ago and still wear my retainers atleast 2 times a week. i'm considering having permanent ones put in

    ive had my braces off for 4 or 5 years and i threw my retainers away YEARS ago lol. teeth are still fine.

    I threw my retainers in a drawer the minute I got home from getting my braces off. Haven't seen em since.

    i never wore mine, that **** hurt like hell all the time. I have a cemented retainer behind my bottom teeth. No1 knows I have one until I tell them. lolol

    I wore them for 2 or 3 years. Probably haven't worn them in a few years at this point. My teeth have moved a little (that is, the retainer no longer fits easily), but they still look good.
