Well according to one of my friends GPN has 3 R35 on their showroom floor. He said he drove in there and saw 3 silver ones parked inside.

i just saw a silver R34 cruising on 85 earlier today (round 11:30pm)? wierd, one i've never seen around... didn't look to be a GTR however

I have personally seen one in arkansas, not far from memphis. I couldnt get pics because it was heading the opposite direction i was, but im willing to bet it was from the knoxville HQ

To my knowledge the first shipments shouldn't be hitting showroom floors until mid to late June. I know of someone in NC who has one of the very first cars reserved off the boat. His was built in April and is currently on the boat as we speak, with a delivery time of later in June.
On another note, they really are sick cars and it was poetry in motion seeing it on The Dragon a couple weeks ago.
