so yeah we had a room for rent and this guy came through to fill the spot. he was suppose to come through on the 15th and move in but was stayin here every night for the past week. he ran my room mate off that was gonna stay here til the 15th and pay rent until then.
the roommate thats leaving decided to bail early and not pay because of this. so tonight while getting stuff straight my other room mate was down stairs and the back door opens real slow and this new guy the "new room mate" comes creepin in and we caught him..lol

he was like wheres my money i came back to get my money. the funny thing is i locked and chained the back door so how did he get in? hmmmm?uhh yeah..

he was coming in to crash here. we told him he could not stay because of the odd group of people he had come through here at odd hours and in the past week we have had to many complaints from the landlord about noise and parking.thay people he had coming through were disrespectful and made a mess and drank way to much and obviously he could not control them, so he was a no go on moving in before he even moved in ..lol

so i hear some weird **** outside and i look out my window and what do i see his bike was parked outside my window and the neighbors complain and they think its suspicious to have a bike parked there at this hour. so where is the new guy? we search for ever and we ask our other room mate who im sure is tired of our **** and he calls him to see where he is. well i guess he is killin time to try and sneak back in. but what he does not know is... im a nutty old guy with nothing better to do than wait and watch my video and catch him creepin. he blew it and can not come here to visit or stay. if he needed a place to crash then he should have asked. what does all this mean ...nothing at all and you are all now dumber after reading this........end rant.....

im pullin a all nighter and my neighbors do the same..lol we will change the image of our house this is not and will never be a "frat house" and we have no time for folks who cant pay or keep **** clean we may need another room mate so if your lookin and your not a f**k up pm me...lol

well there was stupid **** going on but its done now. we put a stop to it. we need someone who will treat the place with respect and clean up after guests. and only allow guests that will abide by house rules. sure im not perfect im can be abit messy but i clean up and listen if there is an issue.
for me this is my 1 and only home i dont have mommy and daddy to crawl back to.im 30 and my parents live far away..hahaha

the pole and all is for when we do wanna cut loose and not for using all the time.so yeah its not a party palace its a home for us guys who work full time and when we wanna cut loose and party we can. but why do that all the time?? it isnt that bad we have weeded out the bad **** and now contracts are in order
