    FOLLOWING COUNTIES: HENRY, CLAYTON, SPALDING, ETC.

    If you see these wheels on a Civic, can you please make a note of make/model, possibly get a discription of the driver, or a plate. DO NOT try to be a super hero and approach the driver or ask questions --- in fact, if you can get this done --> style that'd be great. It's very important. 5,000 eyes are better than 2. Thank you kind sirs and ma'ams in advance for bumping this thread.
