    I think he means the people who are born skinny and stay skinny there whole lives and the people who are born skinny, get fat, then have lipo or a bypass to be skinny again.

    Or he could mean like a person who is skinny or a person saying hey man give me the skinny.

    yah there is a real and a fake skinny well i happened to go and buy a 93 eg si from the fake one and he said everything was good in the car... and so if anyone hears from him then tell him i wanna meet him again to beat his ass... cause i spent more money having to toll the car than fixing it... well just pm me if u hear about the fake skinny... details about what he looks like... really tall and skinny ass hell...
