So it sold a few weeks ago.. the guy didn't have all the money so I said I would take what he had and hold it for a few weeks.. well this week he's been trying to get the rest of the money together.. I gave him till the 15th and if he hasn't got it all by then I'm going to refund his money and put it back up for sale but it sounds pretty good that he'll have the money this week..

So technically yes it's sold.
