Cams of any kind should really wake it up since I made 160whp with gsr cams.

cool...did bill tell you he flipped a gsr swapped civic and he's bought to buy the car and build the gsr and turbo that bish and throw it in his purple coupe.
he said he said he should be finished with is by the end of the year

GSR block, .020 Type R pistons, B16 head, intake manifold and TB, GSR cams, DC JDM type r header with the 2.5 collector, tuned with crome pro by scotty at Mainstream.

Oh and the exhaust was just a 1 1/4" with just a 2.5 flange to match the header.

B16.. I would get a nicer IM like the AEBS or whatever if they still make them and a 65mm tb..

I think some type R or stg2 cams, with a bigger IM and TB would really wake it up. I'd probably just get my TB bored to 64mm by maxbore really.

Yea im fairly happy. With my dyno sheet you can really tell it's having trouble breathing up top. Power starts dying out at about 7200. Scotty did a great job tuning it though.

It was quick enough to beat H22 preludes all day on the interstate and about even with a bolt-on Integra GSR considering my car weighed approx 2800 and a GSR is closer to 2000.

Ran a 15.4 in the 1/4 with a slipping clutch.

I wanna run with the Bissi cams/cam gears or Skunk2 stage one cams(gotta be emissions friendly) with Skunk2 Intake mani and a Bissi header or the new skunk2 one. Also gonna do springs retainers

Definitely run some better springs with upgraded cams. Like I said Rocket makes some killer cams.

As far as the cam gears don't just adjust them to what you think is good. The point of having adjustable cam gears is to degree the cams in according to the cam card that comes with the cams when you're building the motor before you run it. Aftermarket cams centers arent the same as the OEMs.

Once you degree them you can start playing with the gears on the dyno to get them optimum.
