    Lady comes in, she has 5 phones on her account (her, her husband, and her 3 snotty children) the soonest upgrade isn't due for another 2 weeks, well AT&T policies keep her from getting a new iphone at the super discounted price (because her kids break phones left and right and everyone switches around upgrades) she gets pissed because we cannot come down on the price.... guess what kind of car she drove up in...
