Im usually one of those guys thats fine with 6 hours of sleep but i slept for like 10 hours when i got off work and then woke up for about three hours and went back to sleep for another 5, I just woke back up.
damn nice. I usually get 4-6hrs a night, and feel champ in the am.
yeah, I feel like shit right now after sleeping so much.
