So i found some old lipodrene i had. The stuff is ephedra based. I took two, forgetting that one is suggested. Aaaaaaaaand now i remember why this sh!t was banned to begin with. I was on a dinner date and I was jittery as a motherfuccer... had to come home and lay down. Fail.

lol thats in extremely rare and severe cases. Its not like a drank a liter of bleach. Ephedra overdosage + strenuous exercise = bad news. Slight ephedra overdosage + having to lay down = a boring night and a funky heartbeat.

sorta. energy supplement, metabolism booster, and weight loss agent. the stuff works, it just has bad side effects.

hell yeah. i've heard alot of good stuff about that lipo 6 or something like that. haven't really heard anything bad about it yet.
