Hooorraaaaayy!!!!

Don't get me wrong, i love my laptop, but i own this awesome (okay, it's less awesome now than when i built it) desktop, with a gorgeous monitor and sweet pair of speakers and the best video card the thing can take. Plus i sit right next to the fridge. No TV, though.

But since lappy developed usb port issues, i decided it was time to fix the noise issue in desky, and went down to microcenter and got a new fan for the CPU. It's running...well, about 4 degrees (celcius) hotter now...but stable so far...

Anyway, back to the cheering!! YAAAAY!! I has my desktop back!!!!!

Well...I would say that you sound like a little kid by saying "desky," but you're female so that comment is null.

I could call it by its network name, but that's Vayda, so i could see that being confusing. I mean officially its named Vayda and my laptop is named Cairo, but normally we just call them "desky" and "lappy" to differentiate.

The downside to not having used this in almost a year is that all my settings are wonked.
