Anyone send stuff using Military Mail?

So i sent my homie a non JDM ps2/games over the holidays(the ones there cant play US games, and Jap games dont come in English)

So I sent it Military mail Like December 6th... I figure it'd get there before new years at latest? Stuff from there to here literally took under 2 weeks.

so yeah It STILL hasn't gotten to him.

He's at Iwakuni Japan base. He's LCPL

I type in my tracking number and:

Anyone know what I can do, i mean it has almost been 2 months. It was supposed to take like 2-4 weeks I believe.
