Cereal without sugar...
Has something in common with these four items.
I have never in my life had a bowl of sugar with anything less than about 3-4 tbsp of sugar in it. I have gone cold turkey and am now eating it with ZERO tbsp sugar. UGH! That goes along with me going from 8-9 Mtn Dews a day to 1 Coke Zero a day. My job is spoiling me and I need to get on the fuccing ball. I literally gained 5 lbs last week alone. Lolol. Later, QD.

You think you got it bad. My job gives out free Sodas ranging from MtDew to Dr Pepper. Then they give us all the free snacks we want...granola bars, doritos, Kit Kat King Size bars, Reeses cups, Snickers...etc etc etc. ALL FREE. I try to stay outta there

So you add sugar to already sugary cereal? You can handle more than I can then. I'd be cracked out the whole day if I ate that much sugar first thing in the morning.
I can't imagine eliminating sugar, I'd be drained all day.
Edit: For those who didn't know, those 4 items, along with no sugar cereal all suck.

I feel horrible for yall. Everytime I eat more I lose weight. Dont know how that works. Really it amazes me. Since I used to weight 185 and now Im down to 175. Guess eating more makes you lose more.

its amazing how much weight you can lose by cutting sugar out of your diet... that goes for cereal, cokes, etc...
