    This is probably a repost of a repost, but if you havent tried this site, you should check it out.

    www.speedtest.net

    The first time I tried it was over a year ago and got a piss-poor speed of barely 1500kb/s. I tried it again using my new labtop and cable internet, this is my result.
    The best part is...the test reminds me of my boost gauge.

    Daily - '03 Infiniti G35c Sport
    Power - '03 Mitsubishi Evolution VIII
    Beater - '97 GMC Jimmy

    i guess im happy with this result on my over 2 year old laptop. I cant wait to see the speeds on the new one this spring. and cool site i have never seen this before

    Comcast cable is my provider (hint: more expensive cable package you have the faster your internet is), and at home I'm on a 3.5 year old Dell Dimension 3000. At work I have a T-1 line.
