I know this is the whoreslounge but it wouldn't change A/F ratio at all. It would lower the octane of each shot of fuel the motor saw.
actually alcohol is much higher octane than gasoline...

That is true but blended with water the mixture will have a tendancy to seperate and the amount of water negates any effect the alcohol would have an raising octane. I guess I was thinking more of the water in drinkable alcohol. Either way octane rating would not change A/F ratio.
Yes. The A/F ratio and timing would have to be changed though if you wanted to run smoothly on 100% moonshine... aka ethanol.
